I'm too lazy to work the puzzles, and I'm annoyed by Cora, but these stories have a certain charm. In this one Cora's niece, Sherry is have a baby, and Cora's annoying ex is being harassed by a loan shark.

I like Stanley more, but the puzzles are interesting.
(The Appeal, #1) I enjoyed reading this mystery, where nothing is revealed until the end, unless you are smart enough to figure it out. Which I am not. A plan to raise funds to help a child with cancer, some nurses who return from Africa, a doctor from Africa, and others, figure in this tale.
