DKA has to recover 32 Cadillacs stolen by Gypsys. Very good. The Dortmunder gang makes a cameo.

Sort of fictionalized story of the author's early years seeing America and getting into the P.I business. Very good.

Guy gets out of San Quentin, everbody wants the diamonds he had stolen. Good story, as ever.

Gypsies, repomen (Dan Kearney & Associates), and an orangutuan named Freddie. Very good, I should have knowen primates would show up somewhere!

DKA is at it again, protecting a computer whiz, repoing truck tires, and bad jokes.

Eddie Dain is dead, along with his wife and child. Dain is alive, to find the killers. Good story, good swamp lore.

Lawyer discovers the company she works for is Mafia-run, blabs, get murdered. Somebody gets even, killing everone else. Good book, not easy to read, pretty descriptive sex. Lots of lecture about the evolution of Man.

Great story, an old man is shot, survives and goes looking for the shooter. Reminanaces of his years learning about the wilderness from an old Indian mixed with a burgening presidential campaign his daughter is working on.
